The Remembered Life Co. provides services aimed at restoring genuine human connection in business, including but not limited to custom handwritten notes, keynote speaking, and interactive seminars and training (The ART Framework™). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

All content, features, and functionality on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and frameworks (such as The ART Framework™), are the exclusive property of The Remembered Life Co. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

When using our services or submitting information through our contact forms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that any content or information you provide does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive customer care text messages regarding appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and other communications related to your requested services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 833-753-0999. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
